Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt. Full refunds will be issued for items meeting these conditions. For items with signs of use, a partial refund may be approved at our discretion.
To process a return:
- An original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be in new, saleable condition with all original components and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Alternatively, refunds can be issued as a Cozy Sage virtual gift card upon request. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Cozy Sage virtual gift card.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality and condition of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. Share the details of your issue by contacting our Customer Service team at cozysage.official@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for hard goods. If you wish to return a product, please follow the return process outlined above.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm they are in saleable condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a Cozy Sage virtual gift card, depending on your preference indicated during the return initiation.
Please note: Refunds issued to a credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.
