Ingredients
- Cod
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- 7 oz of tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- Rosemary
- Parsley (optional)
Pat the cod dry, season with salt.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix 6 tbsp mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp minced garlic in a bowl.
Place thin slices of lemon, cod, and a little minced garlic in order on a baking sheet.
Wrap the cod and place it on a baking dish.
Bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.
In a pan, heat 7 oz tomato sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder, rosemary, and season with salt.
Add some olive oil.
Plate the dish by layering tomato sauce, baked cod, and the prepared mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and serve warm.
