Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups red wine
- Bay leaves
- Herbs (rosemary recommended)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tbsp butter
Instruction
- Cut 2 carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice 1 onion into thin pieces.
- Cut 4-5 cloves of garlic into small pieces.
- Cut 4 slices of bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut 1.5 pounds of beef chuck into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the bacon, onion, and carrots in oil, then pour in 2 cups of red wine.
- Add bay leaves, herbs (rosemary recommended), 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1.5 tbsp butter. Let it simmer.
