Carottes Râpées

<This is about for 2-4 servings>

 

Ingredients
  • 3 carrots (well-washed and shredded)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

 

Instruction
  1. Shred 3 well-washed carrots.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of salt to the shredded carrots and let them sit for a few minutes to make them moist.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of vinegar, and mix well.
  4. After mixing, refrigerate and enjoy it chilled. Alternatively, spread it on a baguette for a delicious treat.
