Ingredients
- 3 carrots (well-washed and shredded)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instruction
- Shred 3 well-washed carrots.

Add 1 tbsp of salt to the shredded carrots and let them sit for a few minutes to make them moist.
- Add 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of vinegar, and mix well.

After mixing, refrigerate and enjoy it chilled. Alternatively, spread it on a baguette for a delicious treat.
