DIY Rice Paper Rolls

 

Ingredients: * slice all the vegetables into thin strips
  • 15 perilla leaves
  • 2 thin carrots
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Rice paper wraps
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Sesame powder (to taste)
  • Water (optional, to adjust sauce consistency)

 

Beef Brisket with Bean Sprouts

 

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef brisket (thinly sliced)
  • 12 oz bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • Black pepper
  • Sesame oil

 

Instruction
  1. In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and black pepper to make the stir-fry sauce.
  2. In a pan, cook the beef brisket until it’s mostly cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry together until fragrant.
  4. Add the bean sprouts and the prepared sauce, then stir-fry everything until well combined and cooked through.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
