DIY Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients: * slice all the vegetables into thin strips
- 15 perilla leaves
- 2 thin carrots
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- Rice paper wraps
For the Sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Sesame powder (to taste)
- Water (optional, to adjust sauce consistency)
Beef Brisket with Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef brisket (thinly sliced)
- 12 oz bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Black pepper
- Sesame oil
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and black pepper to make the stir-fry sauce.
- In a pan, cook the beef brisket until it’s mostly cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry together until fragrant.
- Add the bean sprouts and the prepared sauce, then stir-fry everything until well combined and cooked through.
- Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
