Ingredients
- 2 small green onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- Shrimp (as desired)
- 2.7 fl oz white wine
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Parsley (optional)
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion. And add 2 tbsp butter and let it melt.
Add the shrimp and stir well.


Pour in 2.7 fl oz white wine and 1 tbsp fish sauce, mixing well.
Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and cook until fragrant. And season with salt and squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and serve.
