Ingredients
- 14 oz salmon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 onion
- 7–10 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 7 oz orzo
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- Spinach, as needed
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- Parsley (optional)
Chop 1/2 onion and mince 7–10 garlics.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.


Heat oil in a pan, season the salmon with salt and pepper, cook until just done, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté 1.5 tbsp butter, onion, and garlic until fragrant.
Add 7 oz orzo, stir-fry briefly, then pour in 1¾ cups water.
Let sit for 3 minutes.
Stir in 2 tbsp cream cheese and 3 tbsp tomato sauce, letting it simmer. Add more water if needed.


Add 1 tsp chicken stock and mix in spinach.
Adjust seasoning with salt.
Return the salmon to the pan, place it on top, and sprinkle with parsley (optional).
