Ingredients
  • 14 oz salmon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 7–10 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 7 oz orzo
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Spinach, as needed
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • Parsley (optional)

Chop 1/2 onion and mince 7–10 garlics.

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, season the salmon with salt and pepper, cook until just done, then set aside.

In the same pan, sauté 1.5 tbsp butter, onion, and garlic until fragrant.

Add 7 oz orzo, stir-fry briefly, then pour in 1¾ cups water.

Let sit for 3 minutes.

Stir in 2 tbsp cream cheese and 3 tbsp tomato sauce, letting it simmer. Add more water if needed.

Add 1 tsp chicken stock and mix in spinach.

Adjust seasoning with salt.

Return the salmon to the pan, place it on top, and sprinkle with parsley (optional).

Enjoy your meal :)
