Ingredients
  • 7 oz spaghetti
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 green onion
  • 1.5 tbsp sliced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp chicken stock powder (divided)
  • 1 1/2 cup water (divided)
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • Parsley (optional)

Cut the green onion into small pieces.

Boil 7 oz of spaghetti until al dente.

Heat oil in a pan, cook shrimp with salt and pepper until red, then set aside.

In a new pan, heat oil and sauté 1.5 tbsp of sliced garlic and green onion until fragrant.

Mix 1 tsp of chicken stock with ¾ cup of water, add to the pan.

Toss in pasta with 1½ tsp of oyster sauce. Stir in 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1.5 tbsp of butter, mixing well.

Pour another 1 tsp of chicken stock mixed with ¾ cup of water to enhance the sauce. Then return shrimp to the pan.

Toss everything together, and sprinkle with parsley (optional).

Enjoy your meal :)
