Ingredients
- 7 oz spaghetti
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 green onion
- 1.5 tbsp sliced garlic
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder (divided)
- 1 1/2 cup water (divided)
- 1.5 tbsp butter

Cut the green onion into small pieces.
Boil 7 oz of spaghetti until al dente.
Heat oil in a pan, cook shrimp with salt and pepper until red, then set aside.
In a new pan, heat oil and sauté 1.5 tbsp of sliced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Mix 1 tsp of chicken stock with ¾ cup of water, add to the pan


Toss in pasta with 1½ tsp of oyster sauce. Stir in 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1.5 tbsp of butter, mixing well.


Pour another 1 tsp of chicken stock mixed with ¾ cup of water to enhance the sauce. Then return shrimp to the pan
Toss everything together, and sprinkle with parsley (optional).
