Ingredients
- 1/2 eggplant
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 small green onions
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and slice the tofu into cubes. Finely chop the green onions and red chili pepper.

In a bowl, mix 4 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 4 tsp sugar, 3 tsp cooking wine, and 1 tsp minced garlic to make the sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onions and minced garlic.
Add the pan-fried tofu and the prepared seasonings, then mix well.
Add sesame seeds, (optional) 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and 1 red chili pepper.
