Ingredients
- 14.8 oz cooked rice
- 11.3 oz of kimchi
- 1/2 cup spam
- 3 small green onions
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp kimchi juice
- 1 egg (optional)
- Seaweed flakes & sesame seeds (optional)

Chop 1/2 cup of Spam and 3 small green onions.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onions and spam.

Chop 11.3 oz of kimchi into small pieces and stir-fry it together in the pan.


Add 2 tbsp of sugar, then add 14.8 oz of cooked rice and mix well.


Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and 3 tbsp of oyster sauce.


Add 4 tbsp of kimchi juice and mix well.

Top it with a fried egg, seaweed flakes, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
