Perilla Leaf Jeon with Crab Sticks

Ingredients
  • Perilla leaves
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Crab sticks

 

Instruction
  1. Wash the perilla leaves.
  2. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a crab stick on a halved perilla leaf and wrap it up.
  4. Coat the wrapped leaves evenly with the egg mixture.
