Ingredients
- About 1.1 lbs potatoes
- Salt
- 5 tbsp sweet potato starch
- 2.5 oz mozzarella cheese
Instruction
- Julienne the potatoes and season with salt.
- Let sit for about 20 minutes until the moisture is released.
- Remove the excess moisture from the potatoes.
- Add 5 tbsp of sweet potato starch and 2.5 oz of mozzarella cheese, then mix well.
