Ingredients
- 12 sausages
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 orange bell pepper
- 7 broccoli florets (adjust to your preference)
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp allulose (or sugar)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic


Cut 7 broccoli florets, 1/2 onion, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, and 1/2 orange bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Slice 12 sausages into 1.5-inch pieces. (Optionally, make small cuts on the sausages to help the sauce soak in.)


Mix 4 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 2 tbsp allulose (or sugar), 3 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang), and 1 tbsp minced garlic to create the sauce.


Heat oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables and sausages until they are cooked to your preference.


Add the sauce and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds for a more appetizing presentation (optional).
