Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 oz dried seaweed
- 3 cups water
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder


Soak 1 oz dried seaweed in water for 15–20 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.


Julienne the cucumbers.


Mix 3 cups water, 1.5 tbsp of salt, 5 tbsp of sugar, 7 tbsp of vinegar, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Remove the soaked seaweed from the water and add it to the bowl.


Add julienned cucumbers and 1 tbsp of red pepper powder in order, then refrigerate until chilled or add ice before serving.
