Ingredients
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 1 onion
- 3 small green onions
- 4 tbsp red pepper powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Black pepper (to taste)

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.


Slice the onion and chop the green onions.


In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp red pepper powder, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp minced garlic, black pepper, and 1 1/4 cups water to make the sauce.


Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion. Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry. Once the onions are slightly cooked, add the tofu.


Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and coat evenly.


Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer. When the sauce thickens and the ingredients are evenly cooked, enjoy your meal!
