Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Flour (for coating)
  • 4 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 cup water
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Parsley

Coat the salmon fillets evenly with flour.

 

Cook them in a heated pan with oil.

 

Once partially cooked, add 2 tbsp of butter, melt it, and coat the salmon well with the sauce.

 

Remove the salmon from the pan. In the same pan, sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic, then add 6 fl oz of water and 2 tbsp of butter, melting it. Sprinkle parsley and season with salt to taste.

 

Return the salmon to the pan and coat it well with the sauce. Enjoy!
