Ingredients
- 1 pound beef (for soup), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt (to season the beef, optional)
- 3.5 ounces seaweed
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Korean soup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water or more
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instruction
- Cut 1 pound of beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the beef with salt before adding it to the seaweed soup (optional).
- Soak 3.5 ounces of seaweed in water for 15 minutes, then drain the water.
- Cut the soaked seaweed into small pieces.
- Add 1/4 cup of sesame oil to a pot and stir-fry the beef.
- Add the seaweed to the pot and stir-fry the seaweed well.
- Add 1/4 cup of Korean soup soy sauce and 3/4 cup of water. If it’s too salty, adjust the seasoning by adding more water to taste.
- Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and bring it to a boil.
