Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Kombu (1 sheet)
- 3.5 oz mussels
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 paprika
- 1 lemon
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 cup raw rice
- Shrimp and squid (as desired)

Add 2 ½ cups of water, Kombu, 3.5 oz of mussels, and 1 tsp of fish sauce to a pot and bring to a boil.
Dice the 1/4 onion and chop the 1/4 paprika. Slice the lemon for squeezing and decoration. And prepare the shrimp and squid.


Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion and minced garlic, then add the paprika and continue to sauté.


Add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Pour in the prepared mussel broth, add 1 cup of raw rice, and season with salt.


In another pan, heat oil, sauté the shrimp and squid, and season with pepper. Then add the juices from the shrimp and squid to the paella base.
Place the cooked mussels, shrimp, squid, and lemon on top of the paella, and Enjoy :)
