Ingredients
  • 2 servings buckwheat noodles
  • Green onions
  • 3 tbsp tsuyu
  • 2 tbsp perilla oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Wasabi (a little)
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Extra perilla oil (optional)

Instruction
  1. Boil 2 servings of buckwheat noodles in boiling water.
  2. When the water starts to boil over, add a bit of cold water to settle it. Repeat once or twice as needed.
  3. Rinse the cooked buckwheat noodles thoroughly under cold water to cool and remove excess starch.
  4. Wash and cut the green onions into small pieces.
  5. In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp tsuyu, 2 tbsp perilla oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to make the sauce.
  6. Add a little wasabi and seaweed flakes to taste. Drizzle a bit more perilla oil for extra flavor if desired.
