Ingredients
- 2 servings buckwheat noodles
- Green onions
- 3 tbsp tsuyu
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Wasabi (a little)
- Seaweed flakes
- Extra perilla oil (optional)
Instruction
- Boil 2 servings of buckwheat noodles in boiling water.
- When the water starts to boil over, add a bit of cold water to settle it. Repeat once or twice as needed.
- Rinse the cooked buckwheat noodles thoroughly under cold water to cool and remove excess starch.
- Wash and cut the green onions into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp tsuyu, 2 tbsp perilla oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to make the sauce.
- Add a little wasabi and seaweed flakes to taste. Drizzle a bit more perilla oil for extra flavor if desired.
