Ingredients
- 680g chicken thighs
- 1/2 cabbage (or lettuce)
- Green onions
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Black pepper
- 6 tbsp potato starch
- 6 oz water
- 1.7 oz soy sauce
- 2 oz vinegar
- 1.4 oz sesame oil
- 5 tbsp sugar
- Chili peppers
Instruction
- Mix the chicken thighs with 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, black pepper, and 6 tbsp potato starch.
- In a bowl, combine 6 oz water, 1.7 oz soy sauce, 2 oz vinegar, 1.4 oz sesame oil, and 5 tbsp sugar to make the sauce.
- Chop the green onions and chili peppers into small pieces and add them to the sauce.
- Wash and cut the half cabbage (or lettuce) into appropriate-sized pieces.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the chicken. Frying it twice will make it extra crispy.
